About Bella Skin Care and Massage Therapy

Bella was established in March of 2000. The owner/operator team of Ann Alesio, and Tara Burcher believed that the services and products of their respective professions complimented each other perfectly. Ann and Tara have combined their talents and resources to bring you the most unique skin therapy, massage techniques, body treatments, and retail products, in Lincoln.

Ann graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1990 with a BS in Health and Consumer Science. She worked in retail and restaurant service for eight years before earning her license in esthetics at Capitol School of Esthetics in Omaha. From there she has received certificates for continued education in several skin care lines, and advanced techniques such as laser hair reduction and Intense Pulsed Light Therapy.

Tara graduated in 1996 from the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona. She utilizes a variety of modalities including: Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release Cranial Sacral, Zero Balancing, Pre-natal, Aromatherapy, and many others. Tara attended the University of Nebraska from 1990-1994 studying Environmental Studies, English and Women's Literature. She worked in retail for 8 years, including management and visual design. She has also worked in restaurant service for 3 years.

Bella has given special consideration to color, texture, light, music, and aromatherapy to enhance the skin care treatment or massage of your choice.
